30-day return window

Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. No questions asked. If the product doesn't feel right — for any reason — return it and get a full refund.

How to return

1. Email info@simrigsupply.com with your order number and the reason (optional).
2. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label if the unit is defective, or with a return address for change-of-mind returns.
3. Pack the wheel and pedals in the original Logitech retail box. Include all cables and the manual.
4. Drop off at any UPS or USPS location. Keep the receipt until the refund posts.
5. Refund posts to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs

Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our LA warehouse and passes a 5-minute cosmetic check, we issue the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Card refunds typically post in 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank.

Condition requirements

Returns must be:

• Complete — wheel, pedals, power adapter, USB cable, clamp, manual
• In the original Logitech retail box (light shelf wear on the box is fine)
• Free of pet hair, cigarette smoke residue, food, and other contamination
• Free of physical damage caused by the customer (drops, spills, custom mods)

If a return doesn't meet these conditions we contact you before restocking; typically we offer a partial refund or return the unit at your request. We do not silently deduct fees.

Exchanges

Same platform, no fee. Switching between G920 (Xbox/PC) and G29 (PS/PC): ship your unit back and we cross-ship the replacement — you pay one-way return shipping unless the mismatch was our error.

Warranty (after 30 days)

After the 30-day window, every Logitech G unit carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty honoured directly by Logitech G Support: support.logi.com. We help you file the claim — email us with the issue and we walk you through it.
