Who these terms bind

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every visitor of simrigsupply.com and every buyer of products from Racing, LLC (5900 S Normandie Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90044). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Products & authenticity

We are an authorized reseller of Logitech G Series products. Every unit ships brand-new, sealed in the original Logitech retail box, covered by the 2-year manufacturer warranty. If any unit turns out not to be authentic Logitech, you receive a full refund plus $50 for wasting your time.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. The strikethrough MSRP ($299.99) reflects the Logitech G920 / G29 published manufacturer suggested retail price. Our price ($149.99) reflects our reseller discount. Pricing is subject to change without notice; the price at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay.

Orders & payment

• Orders are accepted subject to product availability. If we can't ship within 5 business days we refund automatically and email you.
• Payment is processed by PayPal, Stripe, or the card networks. Card is charged at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for fraud detection, address mismatch, or stock issues. You are refunded in full if we do.
• Sales tax is added where required by state law (California residents pay California sales tax).

Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping Policy for cutoffs, carriers, and estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered. If a package is lost after "delivered" scan, contact the carrier and us — we help file the claim.

Returns & refunds

See our Return Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Warranty claims after 30 days are handled by Logitech G Support directly; we help facilitate.

Warranty

All products carry the standard 2-year Logitech manufacturer warranty. Racing, LLC does not extend an additional warranty beyond what Logitech provides, except for the 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Return Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Racing, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, downtime, data loss).

Intellectual property

The site design, code, copy, product photography, and video are © 2026 Racing, LLC. Logitech, Logitech G, G920, G29, and Driving Force are trademarks of Logitech and used here in reference to their genuine products under first-sale doctrine. Xbox, PlayStation, and referenced game titles are trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited use

• Do not attempt to bypass site security, rate limits, or fraud detection.
• Do not use automated scripts to place bulk orders without prior arrangement.
• Do not resell products from us under a false claim of being an authorized reseller.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action; disputes are resolved individually.
